Paddle as reseller

Purchases of ScenarioDeck made through Paddle are processed by Paddle as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle manages the transaction, payment, tax, billing, and buyer transaction-support path; ScenarioDeck licenses and supports the software product.

Refund framework

Refunds, statutory withdrawal rights, and non-waivable consumer protections are governed by the currentPaddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable law. Where applicable law provides stronger rights, those rights prevail. Nothing in this policy waives mandatory consumer rights.

ScenarioDeck does not offer a separate unconditional money-back guarantee. Paddle may consider requests under its current policy and applicable law.

Technical support

If a persistent technical defect prevents use of purchased functionality, contact ScenarioDeck at info@scendeck.com so we can attempt to resolve it. This support-first path does not prevent you from using Paddle's buyer-support or refund route.

Requesting a refund

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction email, the transaction-support link in your billing page, or Paddle buyer support. Paddle documents the current process in its Refund Policy.

Effect on access

If a transaction is refunded, the related paid entitlement or access may be revoked or end according to Paddle and ScenarioDeck entitlement state. A refund does not by itself delete local State Cards or other local product data; deleting those artifacts remains a separate user action.
